We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Vehicle Fleet Administrator to join the team. Candidates will need to have a positive attitude , be self motivated and conscientious.

Previous vehicle experience is not necessary but preferable.

Job role

  • Scheduling of Service and Maintenance of existing 450 hire vehicles.
  • Undertaking general administration responsibilities.
  • Inputting information into databases and ensuring these are kept updated.
  • Liaising with drivers for bookings and any other information required.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2-years experience in an administration role.
  • Experience within the commercial vehicle sector would be an advantage.
  • Driven, hardworking attitude and keen to learn.
  • Excellent IT skills – including Microsoft Office and training will be given for our inhouse system.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Committed, enthusiastic person with excellent time management.

Working hours
Preferred hours Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00

21 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays

Own transport required due to location.

Salary: £22,500 Per annum
